Good All rounder @ 10K

Hi everyone, right now I am using Nokia 3500c. Now I am planning to buy a new cell and my budget is not too monsterous, it's upto 10K.

What I am looking for a good cam phone with decent audio quality. My choice is not bounded to any specific brand, so please pour in your recommendations.

i would suggest the sony ericsson k810i ...its's got a faster processing power ..you could get it for around 10k street price ...
