Gmail trouble

My company seems to have some problem with Gmail
so they have in their own way Blocked it
When I go to the login page evreything is fine(it displays)
but when i put the username and password
its says
Loading... and the staus bar shows Done
It some how stops the inbox from displaying.

I thought they must have dne something with the network to block it. But recently i noticed that on one of my collegues gmail is working fine.
So i guess they must have done some customization on my system to block it
How do i make Gmail work on my system.

Well, the same thing was happening with me too & I was thinking that something was wrong with my net connection, but since I'm not he only one acing this problem, I guess that GMAIL was down for sometime due to some unknown reason.

Anyways, now its pefectly working here!

Which Browser are you using , sometimes it takes time with the browzer.

If your not using IE then be patient , it takes some time.

as per i know, opera and some other browser doesn't have the support for GMAIL. try to open gmail in IE.

You can configure the Outlook for gmail. its very easy. first you have to enable POP3 in your gmail setting. then configure your outlook as per the instruction [find it in gmail help at google].

no dude ! its some problem with java ..since gmail requires java applets..just check if java and JVM is enabled in IE .(right click IE->Properties ->Advanced )check the boxes and it should solve ur problem

i go with blacklight do the above if that does not work install the latest version of java runtime environment snd then try again. i'm sure that will solve the problem.

Its the prob with Java.

installing the latest version of java won't help since gmail still won't open.The developers are reportedly working on a solution.the only other alternative is to use another browser,such as IE which duznt have a problem withe the GMail/Java combo.
