yup I have set google apps for 4 of my clients with their own company logo and gmail.theirwebsite.com with a CNAME record pointing to google apps email and they are pretty impressed

Certainly I have started liking email clients with the introduction of IMAP
Loading time of Gmail is slow which can be overcome by using email clients without losing out on functionality and also saving double work as with POP3
