Is the rubber still okay or dead?

I have a custom bat with Mark V both sides + Butterfly blade. 7 years old, pics will make it to look in much much better condition but dead rubber.

I have a custom bat with Mark V both sides + Butterfly blade. 7 years old, pics will make it to look in much much better condition but dead rubber.

I am not sure about the rubber, I am not a TT player, just bought it a few years ago because friends use to play back then, not anymore.
