I have 250 GB Sata hard disk. Now every time i want to install a fresh copy of Windows XP, I need to install hard disk driver from floppy drive which i got with the motherboard(MSI). Now floppy drive is not reliable. so is there any other option so that it can be avoided or can it be include in xp cd so that during install it automatic install sata driver.

You gotta do what you gotta do. There's a learning curve for everything, and believe me, nLite is easy to work with.

Which version of XP are you using. By driver I think you mean SATA driver which is present
in all versions of XP from SP2 onwards. Try using a CD of XP SP3.
