GFWL not connecting

Hi Guys,
I have been having this problem with GFWL on my laptop since I installed it.
It doesnt connect at all, I have re-installed it, run registry cleaner, reset modem...
The GFWL market place (from start menu) connects to internet, but the GFWL client that runs while playing games (from inside game) doesnt connect.

Last week it connected online, but as soon as i selected 'Friends' option, it disconnected.

Followed these steps, - LIVE CONNECT ISSUES- CANNOT CONNECT TO LIVE - GFWL - Games for Windows LIVE - Connection / Networking - Forum - Connection / Networking - Xbox.com Forums - Xbox.com

I ran a MS tool - Microsoft Internet Connectivity Test Internet Connectivity Evaluation Tool

It shows that - NAT connections - Fail. but NAT is enabled in modem.
I have put some screen shots, help me.

Details:
OS- Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
HW- ASUS k53-520d laptop
Wifi - Atheros ar9002wb-1ng wireless network adapter
ISP- Airtel
Modem - Airtel Beetel 450BXI ADSL2 wifi modem.

had to reset the TCP/IP.

i tried to do that on airtel connection, but there was no change.
last week i was at b'lore & i tried it there, & it worked

anyways, now gfwl works, lets mp - gta4 eflc

damn it!
the problem is with the airtel provided wifi modem. GFWL is connecting when i use tata docomo or bsnl 3g data card.
