Getting an email to claim a free laptop

Hey guys! I got a email from: *www.giftrewardportal.com/?PromoID=16496&SID=XPA1d2hot&em=cooldudie3@gmail.com
and there were to 2 emails having a link to this place. i am tempted to open this website but I am afraid.
Is this a safe place?

It's for US residents only and above 18 years of age. To set the deal, you need to go through some 20 step procedure and you should accept any 2 of their offers.
