GeForce 8600GT will it work on xp system with directx 9 to the fullest

@sanja-here in Delhi at nehre place we can get XFX 8600 GT 256 MB for 6k or arnd.
the price differs with respect to ur location as well but it must not be more than 7 k anywhere.
@Harvik,yaar i have never heard of 8600 GS.

well its a chipset wich is available in the 8600 series by Nvidia
there are 3 versions of 8600 chipsets
GT GS GTS

these chipsets are used by the chip making companies as u told
xfx has favoured the use of GT type .
with its brands of xfx 8600GT
and its own upgraded version GTX.

There is no 8600 GS. We have only GT and GTS.

but for sure, there is 8400 GS.

I support aravind_n20, when plaing to stay under DX 9.0c platform, its better to buy 7600 GT / GTS or equivalent ATi Cards :p

go for the XFX 8600GT only...if u dont have dat much money go for the one which im using (check my Siggie)...

Digit wrote in its review that it is as good as a 8600GT.

the card im using is Asus 8500GT256M EN SILENT.
the term silent means that its a fanless design.
not meant for overclocking but performance wise very good.
