1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I am currently using an ancient AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ from 2009. My GPU was an XFX GeForce 8800GT Alpha Dog Edition which served me for 5 years. This system is currently coming to its end. I was not been able to built a gaming rig till now. I regularly follow this forum. I would be more than happy if the guys in here can help me in choosing the rig.
I am really confused between choosing AMD Ryzen 5 3600 and Intel Core i5 9400f.
