I am looking forward to buy a gaming rig in the range of 50K-70K. Please find below answers of all the question.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: A decent gaming rig which can play NFS Rivals, COD Ghosts with max setting at Full HD.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 50K-70K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Yes

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Win 8 64-bit Pro

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 3TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: No as I have a Full HD Smart Tv which will be used as part of monitor.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: None

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In next 1-2 months.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: In Pune but may look for online options also.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: I am looking for a 4th Gen processor. The idea is maybe I will go with i5 and then later I can upgrade to i7 (based on budget). I am looking for at least 8GB of RAM. Also the GPU which I am looking forward is with 2G and if possible with dual graphics card.

The main aim is that if I hit the budget constraints then I can go with a lower configuration and later upgrade it as and when possible. So I am looking for a latest H/W.

More VRAM is required for multi-monitor displays and for 4k resolutions like 2500x1600 likewise.OK.2 GB is more than enough for current games AFAIK. WD Caviar Black 1TB is for Rs.6500 then you can surely get 1TBx3 for maybe 15k.OK.
Dont buy retail just go for simply HDD's.OK. For WD Black either you buy retail or not they give 5 years warranty but for WD Blue for retail 3 years warranty and for normal HDD 2 years warranty. It was 3 years warranty for all the Drives few years ago but it got changed.

Thanks, for the suggestion as I am thinking to go with one of the suggestion. But what about dual graphics cards. Also any thought what is the difference between extreme edition (4th generation) and the normal processors.

Yea the psu choise is not good indeed..i should have suggested seasonic s12II 650watt psu...but i suggested the other one just to keep it under budget...

The extreme editon ptocessors have six cores which makes it power full than the reguler editins...but in 99% case you cant determine a significant perforpence difference among them...and as for a gaming rig the extreme edition processors will be overkill and waste of money

what config you have decided till now ?
you dont have any 4th generation extreme edition processors here. the current extreme edition processors are based on older ivybridge architecture. also they cost more and your budget is not enough.

Or with

I am thinking to put some money for good PSU and may be a dual graphics card.

which dual graphic card ? are you planning to sil/crossfire later?
former one is non-overclockable and latter is overclockable. remember to get a good cpu cooler before overclocking.

Sorry my bad R9 are already based on CrossFireX so no need of having a dual card. But for sure I need a good cooler to have that much power.

One thing which one is good in Nvidia if want to take a look in that brand.
