Intel i3 3220 at 7k
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H Motherboard at 4k
msi 7770 gpu at 8 k
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU at 3.2k
Corsair DDR3 4 GB (1 x 4 GB) PC RAM at 1.5k

but he cant go above 20k so he wants to use his old INTEL G645 processor.
therefore i want to know that
1.will there will gaming performance decrese on core i3 to g645....and by how much?
2.for utilizing PCI-E 3.0 bandwitdh a Third Gen Intel Core series or Ivy Bridge Processor like i3 3220 or above is required ...what does it means does bandwidth increase fps?
3.he also requires to overclock....so u can suggest an z77 motherboard (can extend budget for it)....and in future he would buy core i5 k series cpu?

dont buy z77 mobo as you wont be buying i5 k series processors in near future

i have no idea about pcie thing....

dont buy z77 mobo as you wont be buying i5 k series processors in near future

i have no idea about pcie thing....

when i would buy then....what will i do ?

1)gaming performance will not be so decreasing.may be 20% frrom i3 to g645

2)There will be no performance loss if you put pci 3.0 gpu in pci 2.0 slot..GPU never utilise its full pci slot speed.pci exp are backward compaitable.by the way
i3 3220 and g645 both runs at pci 2.0 not pci 3.0

3)better get haswell coming at june instead z77 and i5 k cpu

Dude just get a good gpu like 7850 or if you can extend then 7870 drop the cpu for now

save up in a year and get a cheap haswell processor when prices settle down. G645 is very capable of gaming

yaa i can do this....
what will be the parts to upgrade in future if i want?

plz suggest a configuration without cpu .......only ram,psu,motherboard,and a gpu in 25 k budget

Buddy, if you are opting for Hashwell then you need to change both Motherboard and Processor as Haswell will be based on a new CPU socket and won't be compatible with existing LGA1151 socket.
