Gaming rig for friend strictly under 28k

Been busy lately, finally Diwali is here and I have to build another rig for a friend of mine.
As mentioned- primary purpose of the rig is gaming and the budget is strictly 28k.

I would love if you guys would post both AMD and Intel configs.

Parts to be included in the budget -
Mobo,
CPU,
GPU,
PSU,
RAM (4GB - any frequency),
HDD(320GB/500 GB),
Monitor,
Cabinet,
Optical Drive.
