3rg gen motherboards are already fading from the market. if you face any issues,say in 2 years, you may need to change both cpu+mobo. so it is always advised to go for newer gen chips.

gigabyte b85m d3h may be available at rs 5.5k or so locally. ask in pc shops. else you can settle with h81 motherboards which will cost ~4k.

Gigabyte B85M-D3H comes for Rs.5500 only locally in CTC,Secunderabad.

MSI B85M-G43 comes for Rs.5000 but MSI has almost closed shop in India.So their RMA is a bit of a doubt.
