Gaming PC(only) with 20-25K Budget

My Friend Needs to Build his PC with Gaming as Main Focus. Kindly Suggest Appropriate Config within Budget.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Browsing, Occasional Gaming(Games like GTA 4,Need for Speed MW,etc), Watching HD Movies, Editing with Photoshop.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:20K Upto 25K if absolute necessary.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:NO

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7,8

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:500GB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Have LG monitor-size-17" res-1024X720

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Keyboard,mice,Speaker.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Within 3 Weeks

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yes, will be assembled by My friend.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Chennai, Open to buy Online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Gaming is the Main Priority, So would like Best Gaming PC in this Budget range.

nope except in games which takes more than 2 cores actively.. he cant get anything better at his budget.

try to get an i3 4130 or fx 6300.
g2020+7770 is still good for your budget.but 2 cores will create problems for highly multithreaded games.

If I get i3 or fx6300 processor, then what will be the appropriate gpu?

if you use 6300 you can go from gt 210 to 7870XT
but considering your budget is 25 k, you cant get a good GPU in that range and it doesnt have iGPU so you wont get a display without GPU, so you could
1.Get a cheap GPU with 6300 now and upgrade it when you have money. (Recommended)
2.Extend your Budget and add in a 7770 and 6300 (~31k) (Recommended)
3.Get g2020 and pray that the upcoming game wont get bottlenecked but you can run almost all games uptill now fine...

i suggested to go with fx 6300 keeping in mind that you wont compromise on gpu that have been selected with g2020.

I think 2nd Option is indeed good. Let me ask my friend and finalize the config
