Gaming PC for 30k excluding speakers, keyboard, mouse...

Looking out for a gaming pc within a budget of 30k. can extend it to max 35k. This budget should cover just the CPU and monitor. i've prepared an assembly that i've put below. Comments and suggestions is what i am looking out for. plans of buying it in oct 2nd or 3rd week.

Ram G-Skill DDR3 1333 MHz 8GB (F3-10600CL9S-8GBNT) 2700/-

The above specification gives a clear picture of what i'm lookin out for exactly. Large HDD space and RAM. as of nw i'm in a tight budget condition, so focusing on d basic CPU components. Making sure that they are good enough to be used when i add a graphics card in jan 2013.

motherboard should have USB 3.0 port, should support win 8.

monitor should be LED with full HD support and atleast 21 inches plus

IMO, get i3 2105 or 2125 if u can find it at 1K above the price u mentioned.. The HD 3000 is worth it, atleast until u get a graphics card.. and 8 GB RAM is overkill for now, get 4 GB and u can add more later if u need..
If u cannot find it anywhere or is too costly, then buy a second hand gfx card and use it until u get ur card..
I know this cuz im going thru the same dilemma as u

Get the ASUS DVD Writer (its on my siggy ) from FK, its much much better than generic LG drives

I got my complete RIG (except the external HDD, and 160GB HDD, and KB/mouse) for 24 K.. if u add a HD 7770, it should make a fine mid end gaming rig and total cost should be around 32 K...
if u want to go any higher, anything less than atleast a i5 2300 doesnt count as a real upgrade

Well guys, i bought my rig this saturday(13th Oct).
i3-3220 + Gigabyte B75M,
Gskill 1X8GB,
2TB HDD, LG ROM,
NZXT source 210 Elite,
Corsair CX430V2,
Dell 22" ST2220l.
All set now, and its so awesome. thanx to each one of you'l.
A lil more help people, want to add a GPU for this rig of mine..
please suggest a good one under 10k that wud cope up with my PSU well..

on plans of buying a wireless router. My house is approx 800sqft. need good signal coverage for my entire house. Pls suggest me one, so that i can use my internet connection onto multiple wireless devices like cell phones and laptops, and simultaneously onto my pc. so is there a RJ45 connection coming from a router??

And just incase i'm not able to afford the HD7770 GPU, is der any good GPU that i can buy for around 5k.....
