Fullspeed 2.2 Error

I RECENTLE installed fullspeed v2.2 but when i try to unlock the software and press the key it gives an dll error no 313 or like that and say that a file name
msstdfmt.dll is not install .

WHAT SHOULD I DO I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE REQUIRED DLL BYT I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH IT

Find a better keygen/patch.
If this really is legally bought, re-install the app.
