Finally I came to a conclusion here it is,

Gigabyte MA785GMT US2h--4.3k
Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333 --2.9k
HDD WB 500GB Green - ----2.3k
Monitor AOC 19" - ----5.6k
LG 22x DVD RW---------------1.1k
Logitech K&M ------------------0.6k
Zebronics Bijli with smps -----1.7k

Total 23.7k and UPS will get it from my colleague he told he'll give it to me as he bought inverter.

Any further Suggestions or changes Guys?

Checked WD website the order of performance is Blue<Green<Black.

that mobo cost close to 6k. go for Biostar TA785G3 HD. it got 128Mb DDR3 onboard + is cheaper (4.3k)

Checked WD website the order of performance is Blue<Green<Black.

go for WDC Blue. WD Green is 15-25% slower than blue. avoid it.

MA78GMT-USB3 16x, 8Ch.S, L, HDMi DDR3 5850

the 78GMT is 5850. cause its DDR3, the one i was referring to. whereas the 785GM is DDR2 only. so cost lot less.
