please suggest me a good free wehost which has ftp acces so that i can test my website prior to buying a paid domian.

I recommend a paid host though. It just costs Rs. 500 per year. That's nothing ! I host with *www.outpowerhosting.com

After searching for a while with no help from the fan boyism guys here i found a great site.

Its zymic.com which provides free ftp support and very good features.

Actually hosted my site, devrathnd.co.nr on it.
