Fitness Band/Watch with continuous heart rate monitoring

Hi all,

I'm looking for a good and not too pricey fitness band that offers continuous heart rate monitoring. I am okay with having to charge it every day or two, but I don't want to explicitly tell it to monitor my heart rate for a few seconds like the MI Band and others.

Any suggestions?

I read in reviews of Lenovo Band that the heart rate monitoring is so good with Dynamic sensor that shows live rate
