1. Budget? Would prefer around 5K and certainly not more than 6K
2. Display type and size? Only Touch
3. Form Factor? bar, slider, flip? Anything in vogue
4. Preferred choice of brand? Samsung then Nokia then Sony
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type). Touch , touch-n-type will also be ok....
6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera - anything will do
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc) - Android...certainly not Windows
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc). Please specify clearly. - Not looking at 3G. Wifi, Bluetooth will do
9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)? - The usual ones a teenager would want....
10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)? - Multimedia, camera, Gaming (not looking at mails and internet currently)
11. Any specific mobile phones in consideration? Looked at Samsung range Galaxy Y and Rex, also heard good reviews about Asha. May consider Micromax
12. Any other info that you want to share - This is will be the first cell my 14-year son is going to own, so not looking at anything very flashy and/or expensive.
