firefox/ie getting hang while opening flash embedded sites

hello

for the last couple of days my firefox 3 beta5 and ie6 are getting hanged while opening any flash embedded sites.
some error report is coming

wat to do?

If you haven't upgraded you flashplayer then do it now
If you have then uninstall new version & revert back to old one

This is not relevant to your problem but if you want to use IE, then upgrade to IE7. With IE6 you are just asking for trouble.

^^ Newer version currenly I've are in their RC stage so it might be possible that snehangshu had RC versions too
SO I said that if you have recently updated then revert back to older version
