FIREFOX DOWNLOAD MANAGERS!/ Download accelerator PLUS

HI GUYS,
Please tell me some of the good download managers of firefox cause the built in mananger is not good at all. Also many extensions does not work in the new firefox 1.5. Also please tell me how can i use download accelerator PLUS. It is not assigned to firefox neither internet explorer. How can i assign. i heard that it is a cool and fast download manager. But how can i assign browsers such as firefox to it? Please help!!!

Download Accelerator Plus is indeed the best download manager around. You should download it from here

Once installed, open DAP:
1. Go to Options
2. Check " Integrate to Mozilla/Netscape "

This will integrate Dap with firefox. However, there may be a few sites which do not function with dap, for that you can use other download managers.
You can download one from here:
Free Download Manager is the best & integrates well with Firefox.

For it to function with all sites, you need to download a firefox extension Flashgot. ( Click here to download).

You can then configure which manager to use from from firefox:
Tools->Extensions->Flashgot->Options

This replaces the default download manager with the one configured in Flashgot.
