^^Check out options/settings of all add-ons/extensions installed and uncheck option which says that add these context menus if its present in the settings of that addon
And as far as i know, there is a plugin itself which can be used to modify the context menu itself.. Dont remember the name though

Try to uninstall Firefox and install again without any plugin and then after that install add ons. I think this would help.

well, that will defeat the whole purpose of add-ons.
isnt there an addon for modifying context click based on key modifiers? i think there was one for the old 3.6 firefox.

^^ he is getting that long context menu after selecting text so I seriously think that he can reinstall Firefox again and install addons and see which one is causing this problem.
