I want to know, that is it possible to set up Network between same telephone exchange??
Like if I have a Sify Connection, I can access my friends PC (when given rights to access) for Local file share !!!
Now is it possible with BSNL (Data One) ?? I mean few of us, Me and My friends are on BSNL dataone connection... we are under same telephone exchange, 2285-xxxx is it possible that we can share files and work like in a network ??
I know that we have always use internet for this reason, but that would eat bandwidth !! but is there any way to do it locally ?? without accing the internet ?? but just using WAN of our local exchange to access each other ???
