@rakesh_ic: Thanks for understanding @gameranand's concern and explaining it. This is exactly what we have in mind. The sooner we can implement a payment gateway, the sooner our job will become easier for us!
Regarding account balances, initially we will maintain an internal database and the user will be be emailed with the account balance after each disc return, which will also acknowledge the return. This way user will always know how much he/she has in her account.
