I find Teleglobe to be the fastest mostly. Next is Cogent.

Bleh. Teleglobe. Why? because VSNL owns it, and indian users are given preference. My friend from sweden downloaded the same file as I did, he got 40 KBPS while I was getting 180(before the speed limit was introduced of course)

Deutsche Telekom is the fastest download to me...

for BSNL 2am to 8 am plan deutsche telekom giving an average of 123 kbps...

its cool....
