these days we see a lota ads in papers abt farm houses and such stuff.

anyone invested in it ??

are they legal ?? i mean any legal hassles involved ?? do you get loans for the same?? profitable in the long run??

It would be difficult to tell about it without looking at legal documents of each estate individually?

Any ways, may I know which estate are you talking about? Since you reside in Navi Mumbai, I assume that you may be referring to those Disha Direct, Senior Citizen Trust, Soft Corner, Arrow Engg(Malhotra Group ) or someone else ?
