I am the master of my Fate.
Looks like Ubi is on various generations based game play from FC2 to FC4 (stone age).

Interesting to see on Greek or Roman Mythology

Hey Folks,

I am thinking to get the fifth installment, and came to know in a review that Ubisoft has dumped the mini-map from the game. If its not there anymore, how the player supposed to know where he needs to go? There must always be a main mission alongside side quests. If the player is supposed to roam around in the entire world, wouldn't it make the chances of reaching at the main mission location very low?
Has anybody played this game till now? Share your experience if you have.

^There is no minimap. You can bring up a full map and mark points on it, you have a compass type marker on the top, similar to Skyrim

Skoar! review is here > Far Cry 5 Review

^ Oh, so its like Assassins Creed Origins, minus the view towers.
The review I read (somewhere) gave me the impression that there isn't any map at all.

Thank you!

Ubisoft Reveals Far Cry New Dawn at The Game Awards
Ubisoft has officially revealed Far Cry: New Dawn, a standalone sequel to Far Cry 5, taking place seventeen years after the game's climactic finale. A global nuclear catastrophe has decimated the world, leaving Hope County, Montana in a state that is even more chaotic than before.

The game will release on PlayStation and Xbox One on February 15th, 2019. Ubisoft North America's trailer doesn't mention a PC version of the game, though we assume it is coming. The game will cost $39.99 in the US.

Expect to see many of the same locations as Far Cry 5, albeit in an unfamiliar state, with somewhat mutated animals roaming the landscape alongside survivors that wield a variety of weapons, be it firearms or buzzsaw firing crossbows.

Update - Ubisoft UK has uploaded the same trailer and has confirmed that the game is coming to PC on February 15th.
