Far cry 1 render change

i have Farcry 1 but it is laggy I thought I may change the render to openGL but in the video options of Configure Far Cry.exe I cannot change the render please help

I have a feeling that your machine could be old. Also, I heard that the S3 Unichrome has limited OpenGL support.

sometimes it is laggy but sometimes it is too fast that i cant play

It should run without any problems, what FPS you getting?

Try lowering the settings are check again.

the settings are lowest and
let me check using \r_displayinfo 1

while playing i get 2-3 fps while looking down 6-7
i recently installed 1.4 patch which increased my fps to 4-5



that shows my FPS

i use swift shader to run it because without it it was giving error

The IGP is very bad thats why the Lag.......You need to upgrade.

Buddy when you have a hardware problem then you can't rectify that with softwares.
