Facetime for IPAD URGENT...HELP

Dear all

I purchased Ipad from UAE. Currently im in KSA.. i wanna use FAcetime app on IPAD(the version of IOS 6.1.3) but i cant find it on Apple store.can anyone tell me which model is this .. only ipad i written on this device.64GB white color. is it ipad 4? it does support calling features.
1)how to check the model number?

2)Could any one help me in installing FAcetime for my IPAD. and also give me link through which i can download freewares like instagram, tango, line and facebook etc.

Facetime is preinstalled on the iPad. You won't find it on the appstore...

Check your restrictions

Settings>General>Restrictions>FaceTime

Other apps should be available, unless the app developers have restricted them from KSA app store...

Facetime is not installed on this ipad.. is there any way through which i can know the ipad exact model
is it ipad 2 or ipad latest model..from where i can get my passcode?

I've checked the box ..its written on it Ipad ... and behind on sticker its written A1460 model. 64GB, wifi+cellular.

could you please tell me is it ipad 4 or ipad mini..

^^ it is the 4th generation iPad.
Btw,
FaceTime is blocked in the UAE by the government. It is removed from all devices sold there, and there is no way to install it.
