THANX for your reply! but see frndz this is not the solution to my problem! You see I can be a bit specific.... once i installed WINDOWS WASHER I kinda' had this problem... then I as a panicky user RESTORED my system and the problem was gone. But now again it creeped up.... may be this is due to the unknown deletion of any "DLL'' file.... is it???!!

PLZ think about it and PLZ reply!!
