It could be....
If you can provide complete specs and model no of the device. Along with relevant info like year and month of purchase and present battery backup. Ofcourse, disclosing the exact state of the device - scratches, dents, cracks, defects, service history, etc - would also help (The pictures aren't visible too).

Probably the biggest stumbling block would be your hesitation to ship the device to Kerala before receiving payment...
