.exe's not running within explorer

hey guys

i had installed this registry unlocker provided by the forum guys..
registry editing is now possible on my sys...

but whether it's game.exe or software.exe or antivirus.exe double clicking on it doesn't open it..

an OPEN WITH dialog opens up....

what do i do???

i've been using dos prompt till now
