whats so unethical about hacking
That depends on how you define 'hacking'. If you go by the old meaning, then a hacker is one who penetrates computer systems to find and rectify faults in their security. Basically, a nice guy.
'Cracking' is the opposite. It means to bypass computer security to do harm.
Today, they are all called hackers. Now the difference is in Black Hat (bad guys) and White Hat hackers.
Therefore, hacking is unethical because you're getting into someone's computer network without his/her permission and with malintent.
If ur not, then ur a white hat.
The very basic fundas of ethical hacking are to take permission before hacking the system, to not screw around when ur inside and to help rectify the problem once ur done.
