error new hardware found VGA device

since last few days whenever i restart my comp i m getting this message

error-new hardware found-VGA device

it prompts me to intall this software and then it says that

could not install hardware

why its happening...there has been no new hardware installation on my comp...

guys plz help

VGA wud mean grafix card or monitor

try re-instalin d Grafix card drivers
and if got n e drivers 4 monitor den re-install dat also
if u dont have 3p drivers 4 monitor den u may wan 2 reinstall d win-supplied drivers thru device manager
