See the email I received from BSNL. As you know, I have crossed the free limit of 2.5 GB because the diwali offer. But they are informing me that I have crossed the free usage quota.

Are they going to bill me for the additional usage? They had advertised in their website that for nov 2008, everybody can enjoy double the free quota.
