1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Mostly graphic related stuff, rendering 3D designs, video editing, gaming.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: MAX ₹1.2lacs, +10k only if absolutely necessary.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 2 TB drive and a SSD

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: 24+inch, good color accuracy is important for the editing work. 120+hz if possible.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Everything needs to be bought. Including k/b mouse, cabinet.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: In a month.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Own built.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Bengaluru.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: AMD/Intel, both rigs would be welcomed. OS cost can be taken out for now.

^ Why do you have to go way higher than OP's budget most of the times? Why are 500 gb ssd, rgb kb+mouse, speakers and 1060 included in the build?

It's over the budget as @SaiyanGoku said.
And speakers could be ommitted for now. For SSD, 256GB could suffice, as it would mostly be boot disk, and for the editing softwares.
For the monitor, does TN panel produces better colors? Color is the most important factor, next if budget could allow for 120+hz display. And can we include 1070 in the budget?

I am the master of my Fate.
Price can be reduced by opting for Non-RGB components (keyboard, RAM etc).
also, if overclocking is not priority then non-K version of CPU would be a wise purchase.

you won't get 1070 in this budget due sky-high GPU prices

Got it, RGB and all are not at all a priority. Main priority is the best graphic editing station in the given budget.

Then save money in Cabinets and get decent Airflow cabinet such as Corsair Carbide Spec-01 or 02.
Tempered glass cabby is for showoff

And since graphic editing is your main usage then go for Ryzen Build instead of Intel.
This will be a Kick-Ass config for your requirement
Ryzen CPU + 1060 + 256gb SSD

GTX1060 is more than enough for editing purpose.
Btw What will be the resolution of your Monitor ?

Just an option Buy GeForce GTX 10 series Graphics Cards | NVIDIA Keep checking here for 1070 going for 33k and if you are ok with FE model. On other hand 1060 should suffice your needs anyway.

This rig looks good, remaining budget could be used in upgrading any components he wants to, and good k/b, mouse.

16GB RAM is nowhere at 13k but at 15k
Suggesting Antec VP series for a budget of 1lakh is foolish. When you compare Antec VP Series to Corsair RMx series it is like comparing David with Goliath.
OP specifically asked for 120+ Hz monitor but you recommended an 75Hz monitor.
Then you left out the KB+Mouse combo.

Didn't David defeat Goliath according to the stories :D

Jokes aside OP said Color accuracy is important . 120hz+Hz if possible.

Thanks for correcting me but even after spending 2k more he is well within his budget.

VP series is 80 plus and is pretty good for its price only thing he will be missing is some efficiency and modular design. Difference between them is not worth to spend twice what Antec offers at half the price

He specifically mentioned he is going to use this system for editing and designing which requires better color reproduction which is why I recommended him that monitor.
TN are faster but loses in color accuracy

Read this if you want to know more about various panels

16GB RAM is nowhere at 13k but at 15k

CORSAIR DESKTOP RAM VENGEANCE LPX SERIES - 16GB (16GBx1) DDR4 DRAM 2400MHz (CMK16GX4M1A2400C16)
better alternatives also available at slightly cheaper rate here
G.SKILL DESKTOP RAM RIPJAWS V SERIES 16GB (16GBx1) DDR4 2400MHz (F4-2400C15S-16GVR)

for design and editing purpose , IPS panel display is way better than any TN panel.
also for psu, antec vp series is only an entry level psu, not really recommended for such a high end config. For a balanced config, a better PSU is recommended like RM-x series.

Get IPS panel instead of TN (TN is good for gaming) for photo/video editing IPS is a must
Don't go for Gaming mobos, get a decent mobo to reduce cost and use in better PSU.
