I bought edifier c2 plus (hcs 2330) from a shop at nehru place, delhi day before yesterday i.e. on 9th sept, but within 6 hrs of opening the pack , may be after 20 songs, they started sounding awfully bad with a croaked voice. Checked everything, changed inputs, audio source etc but no result.
So anyway,what i want to ask is
1. do i get a product replacement if it breaks down within 7 days of purchase as a matter of right, or am i entitled only to free repairs?
2. Anyone know the address of edifier service center in delhi?
