easiest way to create vcd....?`

i have got a movie that are in dvdripped format, i cannot see those in my dvd player, plz give me an idea sothat i could easily and quickly convert it to vcd formai and watch in my vcd player.

Use Latest Version of Nero .The latest one is Nero 7.8.5.0
