DVD writing error

I am using benq dw 1620 writer
while writing DVDs i encountered problems.
the 3 error screens i got are shown below

this error occurs when the process is 53% while writing full 4.3gb data.
I have faced this problem 4-5 times while writing diff data
at 4x as well as 8x
DVD+r as well as DVD-r
in win2k sp4 and xp sp2

this drive was replaced after the first time the error came.
but I have previously written data successfully even at 12x on the same drive.

I have intel 845gebv2
P4 1.8,512 mb ram


please help.

hmm...looks like your partitions are FAT32, which limits the maximum file size to 4GB. Format any partition to NTFS and then set that partition to store Nero temp files. This should solve the problem.

NO idea about the error.
but Fat32 does not limits the size to 4GB... I have couple if ISOs on my HDD... which are more than 4GB in size

@mangemayur: FAT32 does limit the file size to 4GB. It was a FAT16 problem that carried onto FAT32. Read this article directly from the creator - Microsoft. Look at the second table.

@dhawald: Please let us know if you have rectified the problem.
