I am planning to purchase DVD player which should support DIVX format and must be under Rs.5000 /-

Dunno d model.. Pl enquire with sony n samsung n if available, go with sony...

i saw one review on MTV tech check yesterday which got FM Radio,usb ports etc etc tad lesser than 5K suppose.

Ther's a local brand Mitashi in d market tat boasts of features even branded ones dun offer n moreove Digit'd reviewed one long back n graded well!!

It reads all formats u may probably think of( n dun think of ogg n stuff; I mean d popular ones like mp4, xViD, DivX etc)...

It also has memory card ports dat reads MS, SD,MMC n stuff...

Seems dat player also reads Digit DVDs n CDs.... I mean displays jpeg stuff...

Anyways well worth ur decision...
