Let us know your motherboard has extra SATA port or not. If yes then get the Asus 24X Black SATA DVD Writer. Price will be around 1/1.2K.

Well really surprising to see varying budgets for a HDD.
In both cases get the Asus 24x Black DVD Writer(SATA) @ Rs.1100 or Rs.1200

heck...Asus/HP/Sony/LG/Samsung/...it doesnt makes much of a difference
just take the one with best warranty and decent price combination
