well, the two mobiles that i can remember immediately atm are : Sony Xperia T2ultra & HTC Desire 816.
HT desire 816 would be more suitable, but it has a 5.5 inch screen.
( T2ultra has 6 inch screen )

It Seems to have a UNIBODY design that means Non-removable battery,
I have owned Android mobiles earlier and sometimes the need is to remove the battery and start the mobile ,
do you think it would matter ?

Any other options -- like Samsung grand 2 ?

samsung grand2 is average( camera is awesome, but performance takes a dive :( ).

The only good reason i could think of ( for having a removable battery ) is if the mobile gets hung up/stuck up & is not responding , you can restart the phone by removing the battery & re-inserting it.

Some other reasons : Android Revolution HD | Mobile Device Technologies: Removable battery - do we really need it?

My Only concern with a Non-removable battery is that If mobile gets stuck , you will need to wait till the mobile drains the battery and switches off. That would be too much time for Restarting the mobile.

Is there anyway to Restart the Mobile if it gets stuck.

Pressing power button for 5-10 sec will forcefully switch off your phone.

if you can skip dual sim, Xperia ZR is the best. T2 Ultra, Desire 816 & Grand 2 all share the same internal spec. T2 Ultra is too big and others too have 5"+ screen. 816 looks like the best bet. just check build quality as a few reviews highlighted it as a weak point.

If dual sim is not the top priority, +1 to Xperia ZR and would you please elaborate why you don't want to buy a Motorola phone so that we can help to clear your misconceptions.

Theres a post in other section about Motorolla service center and all , it took him more than 1 month.
Anyway I am not a motto fan.

The HTC desire 816 looked like stolen my heart :) .
The speaker sound is awesome.

Thanks Sam , you were Right .
So many people have complained about bad Build quality some of them even complained about power button not working or getting stuck.
This is really a turn off. F**K man , after so much research and a live demo at a shop I decided to buy it.

Now I am pissed off.

Even if you don't want to buy Motorola products truth is no other phone can match moto G in terms of price, build quality, display and it is dual sim.
Don't get Xperia M2 it is overpriced.

The Sony Xperia T2 Ultra may or may not suit you, but you can check it out. It is 6" phone, but it is slim and light - not heavy to use, but slightly snug fit in pant pocket... No scratch resistance in glass, but very good battery life... (I am owning it for nearly 2 months now).

That ain't true
Samsung Galaxy S4 mini battery life test is over, check out the scores - GSMArena Blog
Even though standy battery drain is more, but under high usage, its much better than many of its alternatives & even costlier phones

OR

HTC Desire 601 @ 21K .

I am desperate to buy a new mobile.

Grand 2 & S4 Mini are good for 16k, both have approx same performance(Quad core cortex A7 vs Dual core Krait), S4 Mini has AMOLED display compared to LCD one in other, although ppi is a bit more in Grand 2(290 vs 256). So it depends on what size of phone is comfortable for you(4.3" or 5").

Don't get Desire 601, its crap. In Desire phones only 816 is good enough for its price(although a bit overpriced). New desire 516 is also a overpriced phone

Avoid S3 Neo too, if you can. Not recommended due to chances of no android updates in future. Other 2 Samsung phones should get 4.4
