Drivers for 98se

Can i get drivers for i915G graphics ( intel graphics media accelerator ) for windows 98se ? I checked the intel site but it dint have . Is there an alternative ?

Sorry ! But i asked for graphics drivers of intel i915G graphics for 98 .Not sound .PLZ help . AN d i couldnt find anything for 98 in intel site . Alternative ??

Yes I know you asked for Graphic drivers and not sound but the reason why I routed you there is because there are a couple of links posted there which are general sites providing drivers for all devices and display also.

No probs !! and i have the mobo CD it doesnt offer it ??
it has no drivers or 98 . is there an alternative ??

As per the link below *groups.google.com/group/comp.sys.i...q=915G+Graphics+Win98&rnum=1#793e937190fdab06 where discussers have indicated that 915G has no support for Win98. As per discussion, " You can probably install
Win98 successfully, but you'll have a lot of unrecognized system devices and be using generic graphics and IDE controller drivers"

I also searched www.driverguide.com but to no avail...

As I see it, u appear to have 2 options - go for Win2k/XP or buy/trade new mobo...

I have installed XP already . But still i would prefer it if could get 98 also .SO is there no way of getting alternative drivers or something though they may not give full functionality.Atleast 16 bit color with 1024X768 resolution ??
