Officially no. But there is a mugen version I think. Buy any ps2 game n use emulators.. PCsx2. I hope emulators are not related to piracy

What is mugen version BTW? Googled it but could not get clear idea. I was thinking of emulators , but doubt my laptop could handle it. though will give it a try. Thanks.

dragonballz game especially budokai tenkaichi series depend mostly on gpu to play on emulator . If you have gpu like 5670 or better , it will play smooth . I myself has completed it . And it look way better than ps2 version .

PS2 version can be played using emulator

first try to play dragonballz infinite world , if it run well then play budokai tenkaichi 3 . You may have to change setting many times in pcsx2 in order to achieve good result and smooth gameplayi was looking for same will try emulator i hope my gt650m can handle it

I'm playing Dragon Ball Z : Budokai Tenkaichi using a ps2 emulator i.e pcsx2 No lags in my game.. Excellent gameplay.. Of course,the quality of the game in pc depends on clockspeed of graphic card.. You try the pcsx2 emulator in ur pc for DBZ and lots more ps2 games

Thanks everyone for your help. spcly iittopper for guiding me. I am able to run infinite world, but having problem with configuring my xbox controller. I tried both the controller plugin(forgot the name, something like lily) bundled with pcsx2, but it is not being configured properly. Like the start and select button at main menu is working, but after that I am not able to proceed.
