download problem !

i m unable to download even small files. download stops at 21 kb. i was trying to download kd player from gsmhacks, its size is around 200 kb. i use Airtel mobile office and mozilla n opera browsers. is there a prob with settings.

Usually something like this can be attributed to the ISP. If you haven't made any changes in your browser setting, make sure you get in touch with your ISP and see if everything's working fine. I had a similar problem once with Reliance.
