Hey guys, I was thinking of buying an Android phone within 10k and I first decided on the HTC Explorer (for around Rs.8k) but I thought maybe I could hold out for Diwali and get either the Motorola Defy+ or the Sony Xperia U (both around Rs.13k) for 10k. Is there any chance of an approximate Rs.3000 discount on either phone during Diwali? I've never bought something before on Diwali so I have no idea whether the price drops that low or not.

1. Budget? Maximum Rs.10,000
2. Display type and size? 3.5 inch and above
3. Form Factor? Bar
4. Preferred choice of brand? Sony, HTC, Motorola
5. Preferred input method (QWERTY, touchscreen, numpad, touch-n-type). Touchscreen
6. What camera option you want? Front camera has no importance at all. LED is needed.
7. Preferred operating system? Android
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc) 3G. I don't use Wi-Fi at all.
9. Preferred applications (Flash, Swype, GPS, etc)? Mostly everything.
10. Primary use of handset (multimedia, camera, mails, internet, gaming etc)? Internet and gaming.

12. Any other info that you want to share. The Huawei Ideos X5 pro has nice features for the price but I don't trust the brand.
