display driver help urgent!!!!

hi i want to know my chipset no. i m using vista stater. my graphics are not very good. irun "dxdiag" but it is displaying "n/a" in all sections. i want to install intel extreme graphics but i dont know my chipset no. how to know chipset info?

By the way install 'everest home edition'.
