Digit subscription - iRadioPOP

Hello!

I just bought the March edition of Digit off the stalls and was thinking of subscribing for it.

One of the special offers says about getting a iRadioPOP thingy free.

Magazine Subscriptions - Magazines Subscription | Subscribers | Technology Magazine Online in India

The subscription page in the magazine says
To know more about iRadioPOP, visit thinkdigit.com/iRadioPOP
But the page above says nothing about iRadioPOP.

I googled and the best I could come up with was

which, I must say is not very informative for someone with no idea about what this thing is.

Can anyone tell me what this device is or maybe post a link to some more informative page?

Thanks.

In simple words it's a device (USB Device) with which you'll be able to access Internet (Online) Radio stations and TV Channels.

Thanks for your reply, mate.

But why would anyone buy an extra device when you can do it from your browser window?

Will one have to pay extra subscription fee apart from the cost of the device?

Can't answer your first question.

But answer of your second question is No. You just need to pay the fee stated, and that device is gift.
