    Hello there,
Samsung Galaxy S9+ and Mi Mix 2S is what I am currently aiming to buy.
Despite reading about there specifications. I would like to ask for advises on which device should I get.
Thank you very much for your answers.

S9+ eyes closed. Mi with Emui is nothing in front of Samsung Experience.

Any phone with SD 625 or higher SoC is good enough for gaming and multimedia consumption. If it comes down to camera, there have been rumours about Google launching a mid range pixel phone which could have a dual sim setup. Since you haven't defined a budget, it is a bit difficult to recommend anything.

There are no phones which are worth spending $2000 on.
Let me ask you few more questions:
    a. Do you like stock android UIs like OxygenOS or mutilated ones like MIUI?
    b. Are you tech-savvy enough to flash custom roms and other stuff if you don't want to stick with manufacturer's stock ROM?
    c. Do you care about warranty period?
    d. For how long do you expect to use this phone?

When you are having budget for high tier phones. Then either Apple or Samsung are the viable choices. Choose you OS.
